To anyone who happens upon this page, or visits here often, this is Cynthia’s daughter, and I have a solemn announcement to make.

About a month ago, the creator of this website and of all the content in it, Cynthia Albright, went to be with her Lord and Savior whom she studied so diligently after. What happened? You may ask, well it’s a long story, but basically, she caught a cold, and she got better, so we thought. After a couple of weeks, she was having a hard time breathing so we called an ambulance that took her to the nearest hospital. The doctors there diagnosed her with the flu, then sent her home with some steroids and no flu medicine. Her condition only worsened over the next few days and when my Dad rushed her to the hospital again, they said she now had pneumonia too, and it had attacked her heart. There wasn’t much they could do at this point and her chance of survival by resuscitation was low. The doctors had messed up at the first visit, and now on the second one my Dad had to make the hardest choice of his life.

We later found out that that hospital had a high death rate and there was another hospital that was a bit farther away that was much better. We didn’t know this at the time. Make sure you research the hospitals near you ahead of time folks.

Anyway, due to this, this website will probably have few or little updates, as I do not know how to do what she did as far as all the Language Lessons and note booking pages goes. I am not nearly as smart as she was, so I won’t be writing any educational blog posts. I don’t have any experience with websites, though I have been learning, so I should know enough to keep this website running at least.

Well, that was the announcement. Mom’s website will probably be left how it is for the most part. I won’t be changing any pages, though I might add a small update to the ‘about me’ page at some point and update the main tea party bunny graphics when I get a chance. I was supposed to redraw those for her a while ago and….I never got to it. I feel bad not remembering until now after she is gone, but it’s not like she’s worried about whether her bunny graphics on her website are updated or not right now, haha.

Anyway, all that said, I will keep this website running as long as I can and to the best of my ability. If something breaks, you will have to be patient with me as it might take me a while to figure out due to my minimal website knowledge. As I said earlier, the blog will probably not be updated much if at all outside of maybe a few graphics, unless I decide to do another life update or something.
